- Contact us within: 14 days of delivery; Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- If you receive a damaged package or item, please contact us within 48 hours with a photograph of the damage incurred.

- Each listing gives an estimate of the time required to assemble a kit - this time period excludes the time which it takes to ship.
